1.1. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

1.2. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to digital products, gift cards, and downloadable software.

2.2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

2.3. Please securely package the item you wish to return, including all original accessories and documentation, and include the return authorization inside the package.

2.5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
